KÅNA TRAINING CLUB was designed to help you push your limits through mindset, movement, and nutrition. Our vision is to create connection through the daily pursuit of our limitless potential.

  • The KÅNA Training Club Membership was made for you if you are tired of not knowing what to do to get to your goals or how to even start. Lift stronger, move faster, and unlock your potential. This app was designed to help you every step of the way — no matter where you’re starting.

    • PRIVATE ON-BOARDING CALL — Upon sign up, you’ll be able to schedule an on-boarding call with Coach Kia to go over your goals and develop a plan for you to get there

    • ADD-ONS — One 30 min. nutrition coaching session, & access to all future challenges.

    • COMMUNITY SUPPORT —Here, you can interact with your coaches and other members to show support, get advice, get help with form, or just talk story.

    • EXCLUSIVE EVENTS — As a member, you’ll get exclusive invites to KÅNA Training Club community events.

    6. Connect your Apple Watch, Garmin, or Fitbit for easy tracking.

    7. Interact with the community & get feedback from our other members and coaches.

    ROOTS (April 2025)- A beginner-friendly strength program aimed at setting the foundation for you to get started in the gym

    HOME (April 2025)- A 30-day at-home program made for those who don’t have much time or equipment but still want to get stronger, faster, and build muscle.

    HYBRID (TBA)- For intermediate/advanced athletes who are ready to take their fitness to the next level. More info soon.
